Render Flags

There are two flags that may be placed directly preceding the = content delimiter of an arguments.

Firstly, the test flag ? (shorthand for $test) will cause the element to be skipped if its content is: empty, contains only whitespace, or only the string undefined. This may be combined with the next flag (in any order).

The dynamic flag, ~ (shorthand for $eta) will flag that argument's contents (after the delimiter) for Eta processing. This means that the contents will be rendered by Eta, which enables more dynamic functions. The details of this feature are in the next section.
